Close as a tribe, appreciating its time

We think that a brand is a global reflection of the internal state of the entire company. But who are we? We treat ourselves not so much as a company but more as a Tegra tribe, which appreciates TIME; thus in 2018 we created a new generation brand called GUDFOR. It was discovered in order to free us both customers, and our partners from time-consuming tasks.

1995

Products with no name

What is happening?

The company is in a startup stage. We buy everything that is cheap and we sell for a higher price, only if we can.

Why?

We know nothing of brands and we do not feel the need to know anything. The main value is to remain and expand as much as we can.

Crisis

After 4 years of turbulent development we found ourselves stuck due to a disorder in business processes, structures and sales channels.

2000

KimTec

What is happening?

We became representatives of a brand with a German-type of order, KimTec, in all former CIS member states. We are happy to have new opportunities for further development.

Why?

The chaos that lasted for a long time was controlled and we have order in the organisational structure, goals and in the brand portfolio again.

Crisis

After 4 years of consistent growth, development slows down due to the company structure, that is too bloated, and due to low efficiency processes.

2005

Cyclone

What is happening?

We create an effective and universal brand Cyclone which has a balanced price-quality ratio.

Why?

Smoothly and skilfully run business processes is the biggest value and goal. All the changes are done for the common goal of the team: which is to be competitive and to have an ultimate return of investment.

Crisis

However, after 5 years of shooting growth, we start asking ourselves: why are we doing all this?

2011

POINT

What is happening?

We create a special brand POINT for the glue category. Glue POINT has great operational and running characteristics and can be used for carrying out a wide variety of tasks.

Why?

POINT is a result, which we are still proud of, of work of the internal creative team. With this brand we realised that the people and the team, where the synergy is born when cooperating and exchanging ideas is more important than it may have looked in the beginning.

Crisis

We had an identity crisis after sustainable growth – who we are and who we want to be in the turbulently changing world.

2017

GUDFOR

What is happening?

GUDFOR brand, designed for a particular segment of users and for a certain task, emerges in the reborn team. The main goal of GUDFOR is to save precious time of a consumer, trader or producer and to take care of all the elements of the supply chain concerned, including the community.

Why?

Premium team is created in the environment where there is a lot of trust and respect for one another. This team is ready to release a premium-level brand, which is beyond the limits of the current markets, into the world. Every GUDFOR product, anything from design to performance characteristics, saves time which is the most important human resource nowadays.

Crisis

We eagerly look forward to the next crisis, which is going to bring us its gifts.
